Delivery Information

Where we ship from

Every order is dispatched from our laboratory in the United States by express air freight. We do not hold stock in the United Kingdom, and we do not describe our products as UK stock anywhere on this site.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 14:00 US Eastern Time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Typical transit time to a UK address is 3 to 7 working days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the laboratory.

Delivery cost

Delivery to any UK address is free. There is no minimum order value.

Import VAT and duty

We ship on Delivered Duty Paid terms. UK import VAT and customs duty are calculated and paid by us before your parcel enters the United Kingdom. The courier will never ask you for a payment on delivery. If any carrier does contact you asking for a customs charge on one of our parcels, do not pay it and contact us instead.

Packaging

Products are supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed vials, packed with a cold pack inside a plain outer box. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so a cold pack that has thawed on arrival does not indicate a problem.

If your parcel does not arrive

If tracking has not updated for five working days, or the parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email [email protected]. We will either re-send the order or refund it in full.

Outside the United Kingdom

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States.
