Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. The seller is BIOUMAN, 30 N Gould St, Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801 (referred to below as we, us and our).

1. Research use only

All products sold on this website are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use in any form of diagnostics, therapeutics or food. They are not medicines and are not licensed by the MHRA or any other medicines regulator.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes, and that you will not administer the product to any human or animal. You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the material safely and in accordance with the law that applies where you are.

2. No medical claims

Nothing on this website is a claim that any product prevents, treats or cures any condition. Descriptions of receptor targets, sequences and published research are provided as scientific reference for researchers and are not instructions for use.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK import VAT and duty, which we pay on your behalf before the parcel enters the United Kingdom. No further payment is collected on delivery. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Where a product is shown with a reduced price against a higher reference price, the higher price is a price at which we have previously offered that product for sale. Promotional pricing may be withdrawn at any time, but the price shown at the moment you order is the price you pay.

5. Cancellation and returns

See our Returns and Cancellations page. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

6. Certificates of analysis

We publish a third-party certificate of analysis for every lot we ship. If the lot number on the box you receive does not correspond to a published certificate, contact us and we will resolve it.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product other than for laboratory research.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
